Headteacher's Welcome

I am incredibly proud to have been given the responsibility of Headteacher at Caersws C.P School.

Our school is a small but successful community school with a real sense of family. Every member of staff knows every child incredibly well and this helps ensure that each individual child grows and progresses at their own rate, is happy and well-rounded, and is fully prepared for their future life.

Aims Culture And Ethos

We want all our children to succeed by achieving their full potential. As part of this, our priority is to maintain a caring ethos in the school as only secure children will thrive. In this environment they learn to respect and value themselves and other people, and to work independently and in collaboration with others. Our school is also a place where children are challenged to go a bit further, to take responsibility, to learn from their mistakes and to foster a love of learning which remains with them into adulthood. This is our vision and our ideal.
